Overview
Strikefleet Omega is a strategy game that requires players to command a fleet of armored ships to kill waves of incoming enemies. The premise of the game is built around the idea that the Earth has been destroyed by bug-like creatures called The Hive. The continuation of humankind depends on Strikefleet Omega, the fleet of ships that players control.
Graphics
Strikefleet Omega has extremely sharp graphics and beautifully animated characters. Game developer 6Waves didn't pass over any details. All of the ships are immaculate and incredibly detailed. Even when the game isn't in progress, menu screens are extremely easy to navigate and easy to read. Although there isn't any cutting-edge realism, we really enjoy the sharp cel animation of the cartoonish characters.

Gameplay
Strikefleet Omega features some of the best gameplay in mobile gaming. The game has an excellent campaign with a relatively intriguing storyline, especially when compared to other games about aliens and space combat.
Players begin by controlling just one ship that deploys other spacecrafts. Over time, the fleet of ships that deploy spacecrafts grow. There are also other types of ships that can be earned including bombers, interceptors, miners and special weapons.
Hordes of the villainous Hive attack the users ships in waves. It's up to the the player to defend his ships by creating proper defensive tactic. By dragging a patrolling route, players are able to orchestrate the proper defense. Extra troops and even special weapons can be used if the Hive's forces become too numerous. Most missions revolve around protecting your spacecraft and clearing all the waves. This is a pure defensive strategy game at heart.
Conclusion
This is one of the best defensive strategy games that we've played in years. The game's excellent campaign mode, fantastic animations and variety of gameplay will keep users interested for days. The game's developer has perfectly balanced emphasis on building an army, upgrading weapons and attacking enemies at the right moment. When it comes to mobile gaming, it doesn't get much better than this.
