You can also try a pippali mixture with bay leaf for fighting seasonal asthma. This mixture made with 1/2 a teaspoon bay leaves and 1/4 teaspoon of pippali with a spoon of honey. It should be consumed thrice in a day. Drinking spinach tea with pippali twice in a day has also proved to be very effective. About 1/3 cup of spinach juice is mixed with pippali mixture for quicker outcome.

Use of lemon is an effective way of treating asthmatic patients. Just drinking water with lemon juice will show you improvements in a mater of no time. Ayurveda suggests another excellent remedy. Take a jug of honey below the nose of the asthematic patient, as the fragrance of honey improves the breathing to a large extent.

Another way of treating asthma is drinking a mixture of ginger juice with a cup of fenugreek decoction and honey. If the fenugreek decoction is not available then mix one table spoon of fenugreek seeds in 1 cup of water.
