No, it is not Justin Bieber you see in the above video, but you might recognize the adorable young singer -- Tony Oller -- from Teen TV shows such as Gigantic and As The Bell Rings. Even more recognizable? The blonde-haired, dough-eyed actor playing his girlfriend-stealing friend: Lucas Till, from X-Men: First Class and Hannah Montana: The Movie.
