Communications Assistant / Receptionist Our Vision: ?to create experiences people are amazed by.? The Communications Assistant / Receptionist at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is our first point of contact for communications throughout the park and handles all incoming phone calls, mail, as well as, maintains a sustained and regular presence on Capilano Group of Companies social media sites. As part of the Sales & Marketing Team this position also provides an administrative support for Sales & Marketing initiatives. You will responsible for: Answer all incoming phone calls and internal communication sources. Receive first aid calls on a 2-way radio and communicate with the first aid team. Open, sort and deliver all incoming mail and faxes to the appropriate department. Respond to guest inquiries for information, send out brochures. Maintain a sustained and regular presence on Capilano?s Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blog and Flickr sites as directed by the Communications Manager. Manage non monetary donation requests; respond to inquiries and track donations. Order and maintain all office supplies. Maintain office equipment ? photocopier, fax machines and telephones Assemble information/media kits and ensure stock level remains high Coordinate visits from ?Give Kids the World? and ?Make a Wish Foundation? Promote Capilano Suspension Bridge and the Group of Companies (Moraine Lake Lodge & Cathedral Mountain Lodge).

Job Requirements	?
Qualifications: Minimum 1 years experience in a similar role in tourism/hospitality. Intermediate level of expertise with Windows Excel, Word and Outlook. Experience with multi-lines telephone system and CRM software (Goldmine) Must be 100% guest service oriented, excellent people skills with a positive & upbeat personality. Second language is an asset.
