After many years as?a wholesaler, flipper and rehabber I have been out of the Oregon ?market for several years and?would like to become active once again. So many laws have changed, I need to know if creative real estate investing is still alive and well in Oregon such as Option to Sale and Purchase, Assignment of Contract, Subject To, etc.
