Our team is based in the upper Midwest, with a practice that covers the entire country, including some international clients. Our new team member will be tasked with developing and closing business opportunities and providing practice and thought leadership to consulting team members and clients. This role supports the National Practice Leader in increasing the overall revenue and capabilities of the firm, and works with them in developing and executing long term strategies within a profitable HR consulting business.
If you are someone that would like your talent to have impact on bottom line results, this is the opportunity for you. We would expect our new Regional Practice leader to develop new and continually update consulting approaches in strategic areas, such as Compensation, Total Rewards and Performance Management.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of Masters Degree in Business-related area with a PhD. in organizational psychology, psychology, industrial relations or other related fields a significant plus. To serve in this role, we would anticipate you will have at least 10 years of consulting experience leading compensation focused engagements and participating in the business development for organizations of all sizes. Focus on higher education and/or government and non-profit is a requirement. CCP designation desired.
